Granola for Your Body

Calm-A-Mama's favorite Granola

  • 3 cups uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup raw quinoa
  • 2 cups raw cashews and almonds crushed vaguely
  •  2 cups raw sunflower seeds and raw pumpkin seeds, some chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup canola oil or olive oil,
  • 3/4 cup maple syrup
  • some cinnamon
  • some vanilla
  • some ginger
  • a cup of coconut flakes

Stir. Bake on a cookie sheet or two (I use parchment too) at 325 for about 45 minutes. It won't be hard until after it comes out of the oven. It will really feel like you are taking it out too early. You are not.  Let cool, mix in some dried fruit.
