I did ALL of these things in the last week! No, not every day (what, are you nuts?) But you know what? I actually did them and I totally feel better because of it. Cause and effect is pretty cool.
- I tried this recipe for Zinger Tea. Damn tasty and I don't have the latest kid cold yet. Boom.
- I drank a big ass glass of water. And it was 1PM. Who do I think I am? The amazing dehydration machine? This body needs water, yo.
- I did some Yoga with Adriene on YouTube. I swear, she just gets me, you know? And I am not one for yoga videos...
- I made a smoothie. And I put in it three bananas, a handfull of shredded coconut, a scoop of peanut butter, some full fat greek yogurt, milk, ice cubes and a sprinkle of chia seeds. That shit tasted like vanilla ice cream and made me as strong as an ox.
So go on. Get it done people. You'll feel good. Or if not, at least you'll have started the process.
