how do you manage your life as a busy women.

Busy life is hard. Whether it's juggling work, a family, or school, there are always too many things to do and not enough time to do them! It can be easy to let the little things slip through the cracks in our day-to-day lives but they're often what make life worth living. In this blog post I'll share my favorite tips for finding time for those little moments that make all the difference.

1. Turn your phone on silent at night

Getting a good night's sleep is important to your mental and physical health. One thing that can negatively impact your sleep is the constant ring of notifications coming from your phone. Samsung recently introduced Galaxy S10+ with an option for Adaptive Sound, which means you'll be able to customize the sound profile for what you're doing – at work, in bed or on transit. Turn off noise during bedtime by enabling Airplane Mode or go into settings > sound > adaptive sounds and select "in bed" mode so only calls and alarms will interrupt your slumber.

2. Clean up after yourself - don't leave dishes in the sink or dirty clothes lying around

If you are living with someone and they leave their dishes in the sink or clothes lying on the floor, it can be frustrating. It is important to set boundaries as soon as possible so that everyone knows what is expected of them. For example, if your roommate leaves dirty dishes in the sink after dinner, then wash them for him or her when they go to bed. If he/she doesn't do it themselves then you will need to let him/her know that this isn't acceptable behavior and needs to stop immediately. Remember - don't nag! Nagging just makes people annoyed at you for being a pain in the neck. Instead, try setting up an agreement about who takes out the trash every day first thing in the morning before work

3. Buy a plant to spruce up your home's interior decor

Do you feel like your home is in need of a spruce up? Plants can be the perfect solution! Not only do they add life to any space, but also bring in natural light and oxygen. 5. Take care of household chores as you go along so that they don't pile up

As a woman, I know firsthand how much household chores can pile up. It often feels like there's never enough time to do them all. The best way to get ahead of the game is by taking care of things as you go along so that they don't pile up and overwhelm you in one big chunk. If your sink or dishwasher is full, wash dishes as soon as you're done with them instead of putting them in the sink or dishwasher until it overflows. When doing laundry, sort clothes into piles for colors and whites before washing rather than sorting after the machine has finished filling which will take more time and cause more wrinkling in clothes. Smaller tasks such as vacuuming should also be done on a regular basis to

6. Keep a planner with you to write down tasks for the day or week ahead
