This is a wonderful and simple mindfulness meditation practice to use as a transitional tool.  Use it at the beginning of your work day, before embarking on a new project, or any time you feel like you need a moment to center yourself before starting something new. It can be done sitting, standing, lying down or in any position that feels comfortable and safe to you in this moment.  Remember to BREATHE and BE with whatever comes up for you in this moment.
